Wenzel air bed
This air mattress is the worst there is. It is the most uncomfortable air bed there is, plus it does not hold air at all.As far as it reclines,it breaks your back to lay on it.I hate it.

Gread bed, equal to Aerobed.
We received this bed as a housewarming gift, purchased through a shopping channel. Works great, very stable. It's heavier than an Aero bed, which is nice once set up. You can get in and out of the bed without the bed sliding all over the place or flipping. However, it is noticeably heavier when lugging around when deflated.
I noted the reviews about the bed not deflating correctly and wonder if they had the valve open and pump in the correct "deflate" position. We've had no problems with deflating the bed and have had the pillow portion inflated.
All in all, a great experience and everyone who has slept on it has commented on a good sleeping experience.

Satisfied
My first product was defective. Amazon replaced the product and I am very happy with the airbed. It is easy to use and comfortable. I like the fact that it automatically inflates as opposed to having to use a seperate airpump. The bed is convenient to use when traveling, despite being heavy.

Believe the Hype - It Won't Stay Inflated
My dad got this for me as a present. I was so excited when I first inflated it. It was noisy, but then, what else would you expect.
The first problem became apparent immediately. I inflated/raised the head portion. And when I wanted to put it back down, it would not lay flat. You have to deflate the whole bed in order to start over flat.
But that is no matter, because the mattress started to mushroom out at the bottom and would not stay fully, firmly inflated. It only got worse in the next few days. Just a big bean-bag bed. Like other reviewers, I could find no holes or leaks. I couldn't detect that the valve was leaking, so I really don't know what the problem was. It seems to be common though. Without being firmly inflated, it will cause you to lay in a bow position, making it impossible to sleep on your stomach. If you have back problems, forget it.
The pump did get overheated pretty quickly. The sheet, while not sliding around due to the surface of the mattress, did not fit well.
It was pretty easy to move when inflated. When deflated, it was so heavy I could hardly drag it around.
But the bottom line is, if it won't stay inflated, the whole purpose is defeated.
Luckily, I have the Amazon Prime and I returned the item for a full refund, no problems. Great service, bad product.

it broke
Maybe not the best idea but i attempted to use this bed as my regular bed and after about 2 weeks it unsealed with a hole in a seam and that was that. it just couldnt be inflated for that long straight and be slept on for that long staight with a 150 pound guy on it so i give it a thumbs down for durability.

UNEVEN and UNCOMFORTABLE
If you like a bed that pushes your body into the center with raised edges, than this is the bed for you. A bed should be flat. This bed was designed by someone who never even tried to lie down in it. The design is totally flawed. My biggest fears were buying an air bed that leaked, not one that puts strain on your body because it is not flat. Horrible design. F. Waste of money.

I slept on this product
I actually bought this as a gift for my brother & sister-in-law who don't have a spare bedroom in their home. If I want to spend time with them and enjoy my three nephews, I have to sleep on an airbed in their livingroom. However, last time I visited them I woke up around 2AM with these two, huge, bulging masses on either side of me and I was on the ground. Needless to say, that airbed had bitten the dust. So, I replaced it with this queen size Wenzel Insta-Bed. It took about 90 seconds to inflate and I slept comfortably for the three nights I stayed with them. I liked that it was nice and high off the ground, didn't have that icky vinyl smell, and I never once had a problem with the bed loosing air. The morning I left, the bed deflated easily and I packed it back into it's little sleeping bag sized holder. For me, this is a nice product and it made a nice gift.

Stood the test of time!
I purchased this in December 2009 and realized I had never reviewed it. I have had two different air mattresses in the past: An Aerobed purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond and an unknown brand purchased at BJ's Warehouse. Both mattresses developed tiny leaks after one or two uses and, despite diligently repairing every leak, a new one quickly developed. After reading the reviews of this brand, I decided to give it a try. So far, no leaks, my husband and I slept comfortably through the night, and it was simple to inflate and deflate. After almost a year of occasional use (probably used six times in eight months), I can confidently declare this one to be a winner.

ok for an air mattress, but let's not pretend it's a real bed
I thought this bed was more comfortable than other air mattresses I have tried. I appreciated its height off the ground and the ease of pumping and deflating. We bought this bed primarily for house guests, and slept on it ourselves for several nights after a recent move. We found that it sagged in the middle even after one night. I am amazed that others who reviewed this bed did not have to put air in every night, because ours was definitely not firm when we woke up. There was no obvious leak, but I suppose there could have been one that we could not detect. We returned the bed and opted for a guest mattress instead.

No regrets...
I had family visiting for a week and I gave up my bedroom. I slept on the air mattress, and it was surprisingly comfortable, I didn't even miss my bed. I woke up feeling rested. Easy to inflate and deflate. I highly recommend this product...
