it broke
Maybe not the best idea but i attempted to use this bed as my regular bed and after about 2 weeks it unsealed with a hole in a seam and that was that. it just couldnt be inflated for that long straight and be slept on for that long staight with a 150 pound guy on it so i give it a thumbs down for durability.

I can finally get a good night's rest
I'm currently deployed to Iraq and have had difficulty sleeping on the beds which are provided to us. The frames and mattress are of poor quality and there are wooden boards which provide support for the mattress. I talked to a friend of mine and he told me about the Wenzel bed he ordered and how much he liked it. After talking with him, I decided to order one and I was really impressed with how easy it was to setup and how comfortable it was to sleep in. I talked two other people into purchasing it and they both enjoy it. One person wishes it was a little firmer but had to admit it was more comfortable than what they previously had. There is only one drawback to the bed and it's relatively minor and doesn't affect you if you live in the States. The problem is the the motor which powers the pump is set for standard U.S. voltage (110-120V) and can't handle the voltage used overseas which is usually 220-240V. Because of this voltage issue you will need a transformer. Other than that, I recommend this bed as a buy!!! I like it so much I will purchase another for use at home when company comes over and you need extra sleeping space.

Great, Comfortable Extra Bed
This is a great extra bed for guests. It provides tremondous flexibility with the adjustable headrest. It is very comfortable, easy to inflate and deflate and very sturdy.

a terrible terrible product
..this is a worthless product. The mattress deflates in six hours even tho no one has touched it. The company behind it is very spooky and barricades itself behind the appearance of recourse which is actuallyWenzel Signature Series Insta-bed Premium Queen Size Airbed designed to be impenetrable. No one should buy this product.

Impressed.
I've had this air bed approximately 1 month. During that time, I've slept on it several times and am rested when I get up from a night's sleep, instead of feeling tired. The air bed inflates within several minutes and is a comfortable height from the floor for me; the sueded-like surface holds the bottom sheet intact. Also, one should be patient when deflating the air bed and allow ALL of the air to escape. If you do not allow ALL of the air to escape, you will have a somewhat difficult time folding the mattress correctly and getting it back into its storage bag. I think I've made a good decision making this purchase.

Good Quality Air Mattress
I haven't yet had guests sleep on this air mattress yet, but we had it blown up for a day or so to see how well the air stayed in, and were happy with the results. It's a nice large size, good for two people. The automatic air pump is great, and makes filling it up and deflating the air mattress really easy. It takes a few minutes and is noisy, but I don't mind that for the convenience of having the air pump included in the mattress. Once we have guests sleep on it for a night or two we will know better how good this mattress is, but so far we are happy with the purchase.

extremely unhappy
I purchase the bed back in December and waited for over a month since it was backordered. After finally receving it I thought the reviews I read were worthy, it looked like a great product. Then I tried to use it. Right next to the pump there was a small tear. I patched it and filled it up. It felt great to lay on. The next four days the unit continued to leak from another area that I couldn't find. When I called to return, customer service was very helpful. However, after receiving the replacement last week, things got worse. First, the unit is completely different than what I originally ordered. When I called, Wenzel said that this bed (which is still listed on Amazon) was no longer available and they sent me a Wenzel bed with the L.L.Bean label. This unit has a rechargeable battery which, it states in the instructions, needs to be charged every month whether I am using it or not. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED,OR WANT. I don't want to be worried if they unit is charged or not, and it is not designed to be inflated just by the plug in transformer. Now when I did plug the unit in to charge the battery, the transformer overheated after a couple hours and would not work again. When I called this morning to Wenzel they stated they did not know what type of bed they would be replacing this one with because there product line is changing again. Three months, two garbage cans filled with airbeds and one customer who relied on a bunch of good reviews for this product who now doesn't know who to believe when researching a product.

Wenzel Insta-bed queen sure grip bottom air bed
The bed is easy to inflate and is comfortable and holds air well. My only complaint is the noise it makes when i move and the fact that fitted sheets cannot be tucked under anywhere so they and the mattress pad ride up everyday and constantly have to be pulled down. it seems all air bag beds have this problem and if they fix it i would buy a new model. Anyone else have same problem? if so, any suggestions?

Perfect
Love this bed. It inflates and deflates fast. Easy to sleep on, feels like a real mattress so you don't feel like you're about to fall off the air bed. Have used it many times in the last few months, works as expected.

Very pleased with the air mattress
I purchased the mattress because I was having foot surgery and I didn't want to climb the stairs. The mattress was very comfortable. The height also worked well because it wasn't hard to get in and out of bed. From time to time I had to add more air but that was not a problem. Very easy to inflate and deflate.
